My car went in for a service on the 18th October 2013 at which point the oil level was low. This was not filled up. My hands free car phone was working the morning before the service but when I received it back the microphone was not working. I was told to book in my car on 30 October of which neither the oil nor the phone was sorted out. I had to pay for the oil (out of service) and was told the phone was not factory fitted. I bought the car brand new from BMW Hatfield in 2011 with this device. I do understand it is not covered by the motor plan, but this was damaged whilst in their possession! I do not believe they do understand the term Servolution, not even basic service. As I told BMW SA, this branch will not see me again even though my husband and myself own BMW'S. Jan my drive was however very pleasant and I enjoyed my journey with him.
