Motor Plan extended and not honoured

I am Saras Chinsamy, last year in December I was sold a Motor Plan by BMW Alberante. This motor plan I was told will include all services for up to a year. My service light flickered this morning, and I called Lynhurst Auto to book a service and was told my Motor Plan does not cover the service and I will have to pay cash. I was sold this motor plan for R11K and I had not been to BMW for the entire year, so they did nothing on my car for a full year. They have sold me this plan and now I am told that it only covered 20 000km extra, which I was not told about.

Basically BMW took R11K from me for the year and did nothing for me or my vehicle, this is unfair, its basically money for jam that they have taken from me, and did nothing for it. I am sure they sell these motor plans to everyone to reflect on their bottom line.

This is totally unfair, for an entire year, thsi motor plan was meant to be covered until Dec 31 2013, and because I exeeded the 20 000 Km they will not honour the date, i.e that I am covered until 31 December 2013.

They basically got R11k and made me pay for it for nothing.
