More than a month to repair my Acer Laptop

I bought an Acer Ultrabook through FNB's Smart device initiative and after 1 year it wouldn't turn on at all whilst it was plugged in. So I contacted FNB and they said I should contact Let me Repair in order for them to assess the device as it was still under it's factory warranty of 24 months. I then went ahead and contacted Let me Repair which arranged for my laptop to be picked up from me this was on the 23rd of October 2013 the call centre agent mentioned that it would take around 3 - 4 working days. I then received an sms on the 24th of October informing me that a technician is currently assessing the unit with a reference number. I then phoned let me repair on the 31st of October having not heard from them in a week, they informed me that the mainboard of the unit has been damaged and needs to be replaced, I then asked if this would be covered under the warranty and they assured me that this was the case and the part needs to be ordered. I then phoned them on a weekly basis and this was the story that was given to me every week. After a month I still don't have my pc and they can't give me any answers
