BAD LEVEL OF BUSINESS ETHICS

FIRST OFF LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THAT IN EVERY ASPECT OF SERVICE DELIVERY, THERE WERE NO SUCH LEVELS OF SERVICE!

MY PHONE (BB 9900) WAS BOOKED IN FOR A REPAIR AS THE MICROPHONE HAD STOPPED WORKNG, I THEN RECEIVED FEEDBACK STATING THAT MY PH IS BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR DUE TO PHYSICAL DAMAGE ON THE INSIDE.

I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE PH WAS IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION ASIDE FROM THE MICROPHONE THAT HAD STOPPED WORKING. WITH THIS BEING SAID I FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO HAVE SNAPPED THE MOTHER BOARD AND WARP THE INSIDE OF THE PH WITH THE OUTSIDE CASING STILL BEING IN TACT. SHOWING NO SIGNS OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE ON THE OUTSIDE.

I HAVE ESCALATED THIS UNREASONABLE REPORT AS TO WHY MY PH WAS DECLARED 'BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR' AS IT IS ONLY JUST OVER A YEAR OLD.

NOW MY UNDERSTANDING OF THIS ACCORDING TO 2ND OPINIONS ON THE DEVICE TELEPHONICALLY, THERE IS NO CHANCE IN THAT THE INSIDE ORGANS OF THE PH CAN BE SNAPPED JUST LIKE THAT UNLESS IT WAS A WEAK / DEFAULT ON THE MOTHERBOARD ITSELF WHILST BEEN MANUFACTURED

I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY /1ST TO COMPLAIN, AND DEFINITELY WONT BE THE LAST..

I WOULD LIKE MTN TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEVICE AS THEIR REPORT DOES NOT SUFFICE!!!
