Smartphone without a camera

I bought a blackberry Z10 with FNB and it was delivered on the 17th of April 2013 and when i tried to take photos with it the camera was not working. i then took it to vodashop and they told me that it does not have settings for the camera and that is factory fault. I then phoned FNB on the 22nd of April 2013 to report the fault as it was not yet seven days after receiving the device. The phone was collected of the 7th of May 2013 and on Monday the 12th of May 2013 I contacted FNB again and they always makes empty promises. It was only on the 16th I was told that FNB has received my device on the 15th and they will book it to the technicians. It is now 4 weeks since I have put a complaint with the bank and now I can't even be contacted as I dont have a device to use a micro chip simcard. I can't understand what is so difficult for them to replace the phone. I am really disappointed about the service I've received and am thinking of cancelling the deal.
