NEVER BUY FROM IMPERIAL SELECT IN NELSPRUIT

We looked at a Nissan Livina on the floor for sale on the floor at Imperial Select in Nelspruit, and told our sales person, Michael on Saturday 2 March 2013 we needed a day to think about the detail, and would let him know on Monday, On Monday 4 March I phoned Michael and told him we were interested, and that I would see him on Tuesday the 5th. I went to see him, and collected the necessary documents which we completed that evening, and on Wednesday 6th, took them back to Michael early in the morning. We were informed on Wednesday afternoon around 14:00 that the vehicle could no longer be sold to us, as they had sold it to someone else.
I spoke to the manager on Friday (8th March) about this, and the fact that I was VERY unhappy as we had done all the rifght things to ensure the car would be reserved for us, and was told pure and simple that they could reserve no vehicles as honest buyers were in the minority, and they needed to sell the vehicle irrespective of whether it was reserved or not.

After asking whether he felt this was good customer service or not, he said that they did what they could and for the rest, the people would be angry. too bad.
