We hired a vehicle from First Car Rental. Because my daughter had been charged for fuel after she had made sure the vehicle was full. We took extra care to check. The vehicle was filled and on collection our driver asked the Collection man to check the fuel in the vehicle. He was happy the the vehicle was FULL as well as everything else on the vehicle was in good order.
In my opinion this company is dishonest - Perhaps their systems should be checked.
There is a problems and it's not a good practice to overcharge customers.
