I Rented a car see details below. When I received the car I saw the Fuel tank was not full. I notified the person who checked my car and he noted it. When I returned my vehicle I reminded them that it was not a full tank. When I was billed they charged me for filling the tank to the brim about R150.00 over. Please warn all renters from 1st car to check and not drive until vehicle is filled as they respond only once after you send a query and after that they do not respond again, this will be my last time renting from this dishonest crowd. I have sent numerous queries check there web site under my billing ref no as well as my name and you can see how many times I have tried giving them a chance to respond. Hope you guys can do something.
