Short story: I paid CMH Hatfield Auto R14, 849 to repair my car, 2 days later it presented with the same problem and they wanted an extra R6859 as their repairs are not guaranteed. Long story: Last year December 2012, I drove my car to Citroen Hatfield for repairs. The car was stalling when driven in slow speed. They quoted me R14, 849.23. In March they called me to say they have completed repairs on the car. The next day, I collected the car and paid them in full. Two days later, the vehicle started presenting with the same problems I had taken it in for and I got stuck on N1 Polokwane and the vehicle had to be towed back to Citroen Hatfield. Two months later, in May, I got a call from Citroen Hatfield to say they have finally repaired the car and I should come collect. When I got there they told me I have to pay an extra R6859 before I can get the car back. So they refused to give me my car back. I cannot pay more money as their repairs are not guaranteed. I have not had my car in the whole of 2013, they dont want to give it back.
