Had the most awesome service from both James Louw (Renault Melrose) and Renault South Africa in getting my Clio gearbox/computer sorted out. Plus James organised a loan car whilst my car was been fixed. James is the model of how good service should be, he regularly phoned me to keep me updated on developments and made sure my car was safe and done before handing it back. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and well done for such a great interaction
