I needed to use Renault Assist and the Tokai Renault branch recently. Renault Assist organised a flatbed truck with the AA and it arrived within 30 minutes. Christiaan at the Tokai Renault branch was friendly and helpful. The car was sorted out on the same day. All said and done it was very good service.
