I requested an online quote from Outsurance's website. Within seconds I received a call from James. Because of bad reception he offered to call me on my landline. Again within seconds he had me on the line. Unfortunately your premium is a little bit too expensive for me right now but I have to thank James for being kind, understanding and patient with me. He took time to explain all the benefits to me and also the importance of it. He made me aware of things to be on the look out for with other insurances. He made this whole shopping for insurance a real breeze and an absolute pleasure. James was corteous friendly and very, very helpful. I will definately call back in a few months time to see if I can get a better offer from James and Outsurance.
