I bought my car about 7 Months ago Imperial did not give me a spar key for my car they said they will get it and let me know i am still waiting 7 Months later and they never come back to you they make promises and don't do anything about it. The one sales guy i bought my car from asked me a week ago if he can come fetch my car and the get my spare key coded at the KIA dealer i said yes please and now i phone him and he just said he is not working there anymore. This is the most disappointing service i have ever experience from any place i am so disappointed in them. Even the dealer Principal does not care he does not come back to me i have a service plan i just want to find out where i can service my car and no one can answer your calls or help you. I Will never recommend buying a car from this dealership the after service is beyond terrible
