I booked my vehicle, a Chevrolet Optra, in for a service under the impression that it had a service plan. I bought it second hand from Imperial Honda East Rand. They (Honda) told me that it still had one service left at any GM dealer on the service plan. When GM told me, after I booked the vehicle in at the service center, that it had no service plan, I contacted Gawie, Dealer Principal Barloworld GM Zambesi, who told me that he would take it up with Imperial Honda Dealer Principal East Rand.
Imperial Honda honored their word!!! The vehicle was serviced by GM Zambesi and Imperial Honda forked the bill. I am satisfied with the vehicle service, the tow bar fitment that I paid for and the manner in which Gawie handled the case. True management!!! Excellent customer "handling"! I am also in retail.
Both Dealers honored their dealership business principals!! Buy cars from these guys!!!
