Knit And Stitch
Not receiving goods, due to lack of tracking numbe

I am a registered subscriber for the knit and stitch magazine and pays the extra money for a tracking number, by thy never send me the tracking number and i must always e-mail them when i get a problem.
I'm still awaiting the September special edition and editions to follow, i just never received the tracking numbers and therefore could not collect any parcels at the post office.
