I ordered from an internation online supplier and was provided with a tracking number in order to track the progress of the delivery, the last update was when my package left the USA on the 14th July, since then i have not been able to find it, calling the SAPO i was informed that due to type of tracking number it doesnt get scanned into the system and therefore no local tracking number can be provided and no one can track or trace where in the system it is! I've call the local post offices, the SAPO/Capemail, e-mailed and searched on every available tracking service with my tracking number, to no avail. i just want someone, ANYONE who can help me find my parcel.
