I am waiting for my parcels that have suddenly stopped moving and have been last scanned at Durmail (hub), these parcels are coming from overseas and were sent with ems, so i am expecting a fast delivery service. The tracking numbers are EE749168385CN, EE749168306CN, EE749168310CN, EE749168323CN. Please let me know what is going on and would apperreciate my parcels to be delivered.
I also have another complaint and wish that you can investigate. A parcel of mine was sent from Lambton Post office on the 19/04 and i have not received. Tracking number is PE605073575ZA.
