My vehicle went in for repairs in September 2013. I was happy with the repairs, however after collecting my vehicle i discovered that all the CDs i had in vehicle were missing. This included the CDs that were already loaded in the changer! I called the next morning to ask if they had been removed and stored away for safe keeping and not replaced before i collected the car. I spoke to Tanya who said she would check and return my call. A week has passed and I have not received any feedback. I called again only to find out that Tanya never even checked up on on the matter. Then she says she needs until the afternoon to check the storeroom since there are "millions" of this things in there. How is that my problem? Anything removed from my vehicle should have been replaced before it was available for collection.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at Renew-It Sandton. Needless to say i will not be using them again.
