Customer care is certainly NOT in their dictionary

This body shop has had my vehicle for over a month now. I certainly do understand that, especially after the holiday season, they are overbooked, as frustrating that might be. But what really get's to me that nobody seems to care.

I am dealing with Tanya Nel there (she is certainly not dealing with me), and one thing is sure, she would never find a position in any of my companies. That's not a personal statement but a professional one: Tanya just doesn't care, or is overwhelmed. She keeps promising to keep me in the loop of when my vehicle finally is going to be released but she doesn't do it. Instead, she keeps passing the blame to others, making her problems to mine. And the release date keeps being postponed...

I even sent an complaint to Renew-it's general email address, with no reply.

I pay a fortune to have my vehicle repaired and I expect that the supplier is able to handle their internal challenges. And I expect to be treated professionally. Renew-it has proven that a big name does not automatically do the trick and I certainly will never use them again.
