Bad Service Renew It Sandton

I had an accident on the 21/11/2012. I was told by Auto and General that I must use Renew It to repair my vehicle or I could have a cash payout. I have leased with Renew It since January and they finally booked my vehicle around the 18th February 2013. I was expecting to have my vehicle ready by last Wednesday as I was told it will take 2 weeks to repair. To date Renew It is still waiting for parts. Does Auto and General advise us to use panel shops with such bad service? It is now almost 4 months since the accident and I don't have a vehicle.
