Tanya from the Renew-it Sandton panel beaters just called to confirm that the VW Amarok will not be ready as promissed for the 7th August 2013. Due to the additional faults they just found after having the vehicle for more than a month, she says it will definitely not be completed before the 16th August. Plus they do not have a courtesy car to loan me or a solution to my transport problems. To me this is not acceptable, especially after waiting for more than a month for a bakkie and being promise it would be ready on the 2nd then again yesterday the 7th August. Well it's now the 8th August and still no vehicle and no transport. Unprofessional and absolutely useless.
