I have previously posted about the same concern regarding Renew-It Sandton's non-existing communication (or should I - administration) skills, and not a week later, they have proven it again. (See https:///renew-it-sandton/complaints/1190382).
It's now been 16 weeks since my vehicle went in for repairs, when I was told that the exhaust part was ordered and on its way.
On Monday 16 September a lady from RenewIt called me to inform me about the great news that my vehicle's exhaust part will be arriving on Tuesday 17 Sept, and that I could come in at any time on Wednesday 18 Sept to have it fitted. She said that she would call me on Tuesday to confirm whether the part has actually arrived.
Well, she didn't and no-one else did.
I know I could've called them, but after previous experiences I know that my request would simply fall on deaf ears.
I understand that the delivery of the part could take quite a while, and that is not why I'm complaining. As with my previous post, I am having a problem with Renew-it's silence. What could be so difficult in making a note of what you promise you'll do, and actually DOING SO with a simple phone call / email / sms.??
