I recently took my car in for repairs to RenewIT Sandton, and while the initial experience was a bit concerning - promises of completion dates not upheld, no communication of progress etc. when I went to collect my vehicle and it was not up to my expectations, I was introduced to an amazing man, Charles - one of the Directors there.
Charles listened, took accountability, gave me the benefit of the doubt and promised to sort things out. He promised me my vehicle would be ready that Thursday and while driving there to collect my vehicle, I was still in doubt, but wow, when I got there, the vehicle was complete and he took the extra mile to fix everything up and added a few special touches here and there.
Charles, you are an asset to the company. Thank you for renewing (excuse the pun), my faith in the panelbeating industry. You stand out from the rest, and I will always remember what you did. I will do business again with renewIT Sandton and recommend your company, only because of your great efforts.
