I had a rental vehicle fo the month of June, as my personal vehicle was repaired. on the second last week of my rental time, a stranger flew out of a parking zone and collided with me, after speaking to a consultant form europcar who informed me that it will be my own responsibility to recoup my fund from SANTAM (3rd party insurance). after working with them for a month they (santam) informed me that only europcar can claim those funds. Its been 6 week since i started emailing and trying to get intouch with some people with europcar claims department. everytime i phone the claims department will phone me back. and never does. THIS SERVICE .
I WILL NEVER EVER RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANY OTHER OF MY PEOPLE DO RENT FROM THEM.
