On 09 Oct 13, i was involved in a Car accident, the person that drove into me was a German Tourist and they hired the vehicle from Europcar in Cpt, I then report the incident to Cpt Police Station and then received a case number, and then on Sat 12 Oct 13 i emailed the Claims Department in JNB, i then received an email on the l from Europcar on Monday 14 Oct 13 requesting a copy of my Car Registration which i emailed through to them on Tuesday 15 Oct 13 and requesting whether they require any outstanding info, i received no reply and then, i called and left a message on the mail box of Office: 27114794154, i received no return call, I emailed again on 17 Oct 13 and to date i received no response or any feedback on the claim,
The damages to my vehicle is estimated at ZAR18 000 - 20 000, I informed Europcar that i am in my last trimsester of my pregnancy and would realy like to sort this claim out as soon as possible

My complaint is with the fact that i receive no feedback / status of my claim, and last emailed received from Europcar ws on Mon 14 Oct 13, the incicdent happended 12 days ago and i am advised on nothing,
