My insurance rental a car on my behalf and I was not informed of the return date as I was given a car for only 5 days. Extension was granted via email sent to Europcar by the insurance company MUA.neither MUA nor Europcar informed me of the return date. Now Europcar claims that I have to pay for 5 days of which I was not informed about. A letter of demand has been sent to me and I am not in a position to make that payment is I was not informed of the expiry date for the car rental by MUA or Europcar.
