I bought a brand new Polo Vivo at volgswagen edenvale with a broken aircon, i have send the car in numerous times and it is broken again, this is unacceptable. Its not a second hand car that a person can understand and accept. The service is ridiculous from them and i am sitting once again with no aircon.
Pathetic service from Edenvale branch!! I will be in contact with Volgswagen SA regarding this.
