GM PARTS MANAGER BLAMES COW FOR INEFFICIENCY

It seems that amid the crisis of a crippling strike in the motor industry by which General Motors was hit very hard, their staff in Bloemfontein couldn't care less about trying to recover and now are even stooping down so low, they blame animals like a cow for their inefficiency.

I had an accident on the 15th of August 2013, a cow ran in front of me. GM had to supply my panel beater with the parts from around the 19th of August, understandably the same time as the strike.
The panel beater was promised the parts by part salesman at GM Bloemfontein about 7 or 8 times which was never followed through. Excuses included the strike, wrong VIN #, GRV's etc.

When, in desperation for answers, I personally went to see the parts manager at GM Bloemfontein, to see if I could ask him to step in and help as managers often do, he responded to my plea -
"Nie lelik bedoel nie, maar dis nie GM Parte se skuld dat 'n bees voor jou ingeloop het nie"

As the cow that ran in front of me is no longer available for comment to defend itself against the parts manager and the DP at GM Bloemfontein is nearly impossible to get a hold of, who do I go to for help?
