I used SHOP & SHIP while I lived in Dubai and generally the service was excellent. Since I moved to SA i've had nothing but issues with SHOP&SHIP delivery times and service levels.
Numeorus packages are delayed and they never make it within the 5-7 day working day timeline. For example I have a package from Amazon that has arrived at my New York post box on 2nd DEC, it still hasn't arrived in SA!!! Let alone cleared customs or delivered to me, they promise 5-7 working days and never ever deliver, its quicker to USE priority post than this so called courier!!
GUESS WHAT... another issue just arose!
Today, a package that was "out for delivery" has now been returned to CUSTOMS!!! I was called by guy called tyrone, He's says customs asked to inspect my package on TUESDAY!! instead ARAMEX did nothing, then sent it out for delivery and recalled it last minute, In the meantime I have been waiting patiently for my package!!!
Ive had to followup numerous times and Kamo and Jayde have tried to help but the fact its there logistics team are the problem.
Trust me, go with other providers or PAY MORE via DHL! Aramex are not worth the trouble.
