Package arrived in South Africa last week in the early morning of Friday. Received SAD500 Monday early afternoon and paid it immediately with FNB immediate clearance. DHL said they will email me proof or receipt within 4 hours, whoever, received nothing, only 26 hours later. After receipt they will notify customs to clear my package, 28 hours later nothing. Package still at customs. Very disappointed customer.

This package is urgent and I needed it for this Saturday
