Complete lack of customer service

After sitting on a parcel for 4 weeks and not contacted me once, DHL sent my parcel back to the UK, the supplier then had to resend the items, When it arrived in JHB, I contacted DHL and was told that as soon as I paid the customs amount I could collect it directly from them, I drove to Isando to be told I must go to Spartan, there they told me it was still at the airport and would only get it on Monday they asked me for the delivery address and said it would be delivered at 10am, I called them this morning to be told no it would only be delivered in the afternoon, I then checked the DHL online tracking to see another issue (no one had called me yet again) the issue was that they had been given a P O Box and they don't deliver to P O Box (even though I had given them a physical address when I was at Spartan) so I gave the lady my physical address to be told that I couldn't give the address but the supplier must. so I contactesd the supplier who then emailed authorisation to deliver, they have now requested the authorisation be put on a Company Letter Head. I am sitting 7 weeks later and still do not have my parcel, how can they call themself DHL Express
