I recently shipped in clothing from the U.S.A and was charged R2474 for Duties. This amount has been paid and my Package is pending delivery for reason not known to anyone at the DHL office. I called Customs Department on 0119213600 and a 'Jakee Selolo' said MY SHIPMENT HAS CLEARED CUSTOMS and she'll TRY to get it out today...
How can I pay so much to ship the package and so much on customs for a person to say they'll 'TRY'. I'll be leaving for Australia tomorrow morning. If I don't Get this Package today it will be useless to me and My Lawyers would be Excited to take this up.
