I sent a parcel with Netwerk Couriers on Thursday - and was assured that it would reach it's destination before the weekend. I used them, even though they were a bit expensive, because the parcel had to be delivered as an urgent matter.
Today (Monday) i was informed by the recipient that there was no sign of the parcel. I rang Netwerk and they said that it would be delivered today. 16:30 this afternoon, the recipient contacted me again saying that she has not received it. This time when i rang, the lady informed me that the address on the box and the receipt did not match so they did not deliver it. This is disappointing as my number is both on the box and the order form and they should have phoned me to see which address to use (which i by the way had told the lady this morning).
They have caused me embarrassment and great inconvenience. I will not use them again.
