I ordered something from a store in Pretoria. It was collected by courierit onThursday last week and was supposed to be delivered next day (Friday). I paid R80.00 courier fee which is very expensive and then they don't give service. It is now Tuesday almost one week later and still no parcel. The company called me yesterday 09:31 yesterday the 19th of August to confirm address I told them it is correct address and gave them nearest a corner. Their driver apparently tried twice on Friday but reported back saying there is only businesses in the area. Turf Club consists of 5 streets and is a residential area in the Johannesburg South area. any mapbook or navigator will have the address. I followed up at 11:20 today 20 August to see where the parcel is I was getting very agitated. I spoke to the operations supervisor who confirmed that the parcel was in the depot in Spartan. I would not suggest using this courier to anyone as I have had bad service from them before as well.
