Refund not received and Horrible Customer Service

Charged my deposit for my car hire R4000 onto my credit card twice and 9 days later, after 2 phone calls and a visit into the office, I still haven't been fully refunded. The supervisor told me I was wrong, yelled at me, called me a, and blamed my credit card company only to find after research that it was their mistake, and yet he did not apologize and I still haven't been refunded.
