Booked a rental car online with Woodford, my credit card was charged for the rental.
Arrived at rental office to collect car, R9, 000.00 was reserved on my credit card.
When I returned vehicle, I was charged again for rental.
Called the admin department who said they would resolve, after a week went to rental offices who said they would resolve. Don't seem to be interested in refunding an obvious error.
There is no issue with the car rental service otherwise.
