WHERE IS MY R5 500 REFUND?

I had to attend a family wedding in Cape Town last weekend and arrived on the 8th of February 2013 at 09h45. My father had booked a vehicle in his name to drive us around in but he had not yet arrived at the airport timeously and suggested I pick the vehicle up on his behalf. I gave my credit card for the R5 500 security deposit, which I was told would be refunded when I returned the vehicle. I also opted for full insurance cover. I explained that, as I was leaving on Sunday night, my father would return the rental on Monday but update himself as a driver on Sunday night (which we did). My father returned the vehicle on Monday and paid the full rental cost on his credit card. He was informed that the full R5500 deposit deducted from my credit card would be refunded within 48 hours. I called on Tuesday and Ricardo confirmed this. Its now Friday afternoon and the Manager Shafeeq cannot give me an answer, but promises to call me back. Please refund my money urgently.
