No callbacks, no contact, no interest, bad service

Car taken into Boksburg branch on 11th September, since then have done all the phoning and emailing ourselves to find out whats wrong. Promises of someone calling us back but no one ever has. Every time we phone got passed to someone else who then passes us on to someone else and then phone gets put down on us. Eventually today 27th September after spending 5 hours of calling get through to Lukan who then tells us that we have to wait til November as they dont have a part. Why have they NOT got the decency to phone us and tell us this. Do they expect us to wait ti November before they contact us. Daihatsu you are shocking and they amount of times we have been told the managers are not in, i am surprised you guys have jobs. Very dissapointing.
