On Friday 20 September 2013, and I called the head office of TATA SA, because i needed a part for my tata indica, it was just a thermostat and a top cover, i explained the importance that i needed the part asap and would pay for any courier service. Kash informed me that i need only send an e-mail with my address so that he could send me the invoice, this was late on Friday so didn't expect him to send me the invoice right away, i send him another e-mail over the weekend so that he could respond to it on Monday, Monday i see the notification he has read my mail, i call after a few hours and he says he will send it, i call back later again he says he will send it, i even gave my work e-mail, but still no response, i try to call back later but he already left early. unfortunately Tuesday was heritage day, so they where closed and i sent another e-mail. reminding him to send me the invoice. Wednesday the same thing, he request my fax number, i only get my invoice on thursday, i pay, i request that the part be sent assap and be delivered by the next day, today is friday, no parts and no Kash, i can't even get the tracking number to confirm if package is even on its way?
