I took in my Daihatsu Materia to Edenvale Daihatsu while under warrantee Oct 12. The faults i complained about was the brakes were shuddering because I had replace my brakes by the same dealer and my disc were not skimmed or replaced. I also mentioned that there was someting loose underneath my car and that my right front wheel was making a metal squeeking noise. They did a anaysis and told me it was a bush on the steering. I had to wait 3 months for the part!!! The part was fitted in Jan 13 and it was never the fault initially. What is the point of complaining about a wheel and you replace the steering and at the end of the day the fault is not resolved!! I have taken the vehicle in today and they told me the hub on the brakes is damaged and i will have to pay for it as the warrantee had expired while i was waiting 3 months for the part. I complained about the brakes and metal squeek while in warrrantee. This is an infringement on my consumer rights!
