I went to put an insurance claim in for my phone on the 5th of January, and said to wait 14 working days for my phone, after 20 working days I phoned to check the status, they replaced it with the wrong phone, it then had to go back and I had to wait for the correct phone on the 4th of Feb i phoned and they said my phone was there but the wrong colour, I had to phone back today and no one knows what is happening with my phone!!! Not once have they phoned to update me or apologize for the massive inconvenience this has caused me, the service is actually PATHETIC!!! I live in benoni and went to the boksburg branch hoping for better service then the northmead branch, but the service is worse in boksburg!! When you pay for a service you expect to receive the service you pay for!!
