POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

This very dissapointing keep asking for feedback on our claim. Claim lodge in November. Still no one came back for our Bakkie repairs, seriously we run business. Each month our premium goes through without fail. Moment we claim take ages to be sorted out. Reason why??? First told me they did not receive my info that was17 December 2013. After emailing & calling was told Assessor appointed, contact will be made on friday that was 24 January 2014, now 29 January. No one called. What delay now? Most dissapointing insurance ever. How long must we wait to be paid for our repairs on Bakkie. This not right for customer to wait & keep asking for feedback on claim. How far must i take this to get paid for a claim?
