I received a quotation from Phillip for a spare key on 29/1/13. I purchased the key on the 5/3/13. 2 days later when the key arrived and I picked it up I am only told that the key still needs to be cut and I have to pay for programming the key (neither was on the quotation). After 3 days of trying to program the key I am told I need to replace the immobiliser and purchase a different key. After another 3 arguments eventually I am told I need to replace the immobiliser, the locks and buy another key. Why should I pay for all this since my quotation was issued and I payed as per the quotation. Just because I was not quoted on the correct thing does not make it my fault. I went to Daihatsu, supposed to be the expert on Daihatsu Terios not to someone at the side of the road. Why should I pay for Daihatsu's mistakes and carelessness??? I am not the one that gave a incomplete or inaccurate quotation.
