I have been reporting to Cell-c about my wrong phone that was delivered. I apply for 9720 blackberry as gift for someone and got bold 9790.I got phone on Wednesday, 23 October and reported problem on 24 Thursday even 11 days later phone was picked up. I have been calling cell c and on 4 November i wrote to hello peter and I got positive response phone was collected on 8 November and cell c MARIA -REPAIRS received it on 11 November 2013 . I have been calling cell c and they have been telling me I must wait and today is 26 November 2013 no response
