We put in a claim, with Stretwise warranties who have now rejected the claim on the grounds that the agent we are using is not an approvd agent.
We were never advised that we need to tke it to a specific agent as well as the current agent has ben in businss fo the past 13 years.
I have left numerous messages at the company for somone to call me with regard to the above but no-one does, they hide behind emails.
for the last 2 years they have taken my money no problem but now as we claim we have all these issues.
