Once again a claim that we have put in on our house insurance with Absa has been rejected.
This will be the 3rd claim in the last 4 years. The first claim was for our pool - rejected, 2nd claim boundary wall - rejected, now our window has broken, and once again rejected due to wear and tear. Apparently the agent sitting behind his / her desk is a qualified builder / contractor if they can make that call. So now we sit paying an insurance and every claim is rejected!!! Amazing they just take and take!!! We definately now will be looking at moving our bond over to another financial institution
