Majoring on minors, Neglecting the Majors (SERVICE)

I booked in my car at Audi West Rand on Wednesday 29th May 2013. Audi service agent Tony, who is very helpfull and on the ball, contacted SA Warranties telephonically in my presence. He reported the parts that need replacement to them. SA Warranties told him they were sending an agent to Audi to assess the vehicle before authorisation. I phoned SA Warranties late that afternoon to find out why this assessor has not pitched and informed him that I needed my vehicle that same day -he said he also didn't know he will find out. Well I didnt get any feedback from SA Warranties but Audi kept updating me. The SA Warranties agent never pitched that day so I was just inconvenienced (out of transport for the day). No reason given by SA Warranties as to why assessor didn't pitch!?!? Next day they eventually sent someone out who assessed the car and said he has to report back to the Office before authorisation -so no feedback from Office whole day. Third day Friday 31May 2013 Audi calls me to inform me that My Claim for Overheating Clutch has been declined! Reason: License disc has expired. I phoned SA Warranties and said I can produce a renewed license disc - they just said SORRY!!!
