The following is applicable to all those struggling with this dealership, especially Caustic.
A colleague of mine had a similar issue with the Dealer Principal who she described as arrogant and who refused to refund a holding deposit when she refused to buy the scrap car that he tried to sell.
Fortunately she was an attorney who had a friend in a law firm draw up a letter of demand.
She received a phone call quite quickly after that saying that they will refund her money.
Quite amazing how the arrogant dealer principal became a mouse after that.
So if anyone has problems with this dealership - I recommend trying to obtain legal action against this place.
And if you are looking for a vehicle - then best to avoid them altogethe
