We have sent the Dealer Principal, Mr Davie, numerous emails about a serious complaint and he does not have the decency to reply to follow up emails. When he responded to my first email, he had paid no attention to the writer of the email and addressed it to the wrong person. He has never replied to any other emails. In addition to this, neither has the customer service department or Paul Turnbull. Do people simply not reply to emails?
