I am beyond words at the appalling service I received from Inspectacar on Jean in Centurion.
My vehicle was recently written off so, I had to rent a vehicle for the last week and a half to get to work and see clients. I started looking at buying a vehicle and chose to get a Kia Rio 1.4 TEC from Inspectacar who advertised it on the web. On Monday the 16th, I got in contact with Mr. Tumelo Seipotlane who was eager to help me. I was told that they have 5 in stock and that the one I want is in silver.
I then paid the deposit of R30 000.00 into their account and they said they will get the car ready for collection.
Tuesday morning I call to find out what time I can come collect my vehicle, and is informed by Mr. Seipotlane that the vehicle is in fact not Silver but Fresh Beige. The one colour I specifically said I don't want.
After trying to sell me a silver 1.4 base model with TEC mags on and me not accepting it, I asked for a refund.
I have been told since Tuesday that they will do the refund and finally after -30 phone calls and being told it has been done they paid it back this afternoon Friday at 14:35pm. which means I can only buy my vehicle from somewhere else on Monday.
